FBPostLikes provides engagement support services intended to help improve content visibility on supported social media platforms. While our services are designed to support early exposure, we do not guarantee specific results, performance levels, or outcomes, as these may vary based on content quality, audience behavior, and platform factors.

FBPostLikes is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.) or any of its subsidiaries. All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

Customers are encouraged to use our services in accordance with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of the respective platforms. We aim to maintain transparency in how our services operate and encourage responsible use.

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Platform updates, policy changes, or system adjustments may influence service delivery or visibility outcomes from time to time.

Guarantee of Service Delivery

FBPostLikes will endeavor to offer the services as indicated during the time of purchase. Time and extent of service delivery are indicated within the relevant order specifications. Although FBPostLikes is making its best effort to meet the orders within the given time, delivery can be affected by the factors that are outside of the control of the company, such as, but not limited to, the changes in the policies of the platform or restrictions associated with the accounts.

Where FBPostLikes is unable to deliver the service bought by the user within a reasonable time, the user may get a refund according to the Refund Policy.

Refunds & Money-Back Terms

In case FBPostLikes cannot provide the bought service within the promised time, users can get the money back within 30 days of the purchase. Refunds could be different in accordance with the type of service, the status of the order, and the level of delivery done. The requests of the refund are to be sent to the support team, including the information on the order and supporting evidence.

There will be no refunds in case of delay due to:

  • Outage of the social media platforms.
  • Changes in platform policy.
  • Content blocks or account blocks.
  • Force majeure events
  • End-user changes that affect service delivery.

FBPostLikes has the right to change, suspend or cancel terms of refund at its own will.

Retention Terms

Some of the services will be based on a retention period whereby in case of any quantifiable decrease (e.g. loss of followers or drop in engagement) within the first 60 days of complete order delivery, then replacements will be offered. The retention coverage is only provided when the user is not in breach of these ToS or altered the concerned account in such a manner that it will interfere with the performance of the service. To be eligible to receive replacements, users have to report support within the retention period with pertinent evidence.

Account Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of users to ensure that their accounts, such as names, passwords, and access credentials, are secured. FBPostLikes does not take responsibility of the suspension or limitations of the account and penalties applied by the social media because of non-compliance with platform policies or user activity. It is the responsibility of users to be sure their accounts are not violating terms, rules, and community guidelines of the respective platform.

Content ownership and licensing

All the contents, trademarks, graphics, text, and materials presented on the Website are the sole property of Digimart FZC unless otherwise mentioned. User Account Restrictions and Data Integrity

The user should not adjust or change his or her social media accounts in a manner that will hinder service delivery when an order is on. Some of the prohibited changes are, but not limited to:

  • Switching usernames or profile names.
  • Changing public visibility to private visibility.
  • Deleting or hiding service delivery content.
  • Blocking systems that deny access to delivery.

This could lead to cancellation of the respective order without a refund.

Concurrent Campaigns

The possibility of running external or concurrent promotional campaigns (paid or organic) can affect the performance of services. FBPostLikes will not take any responsibility for variation of services as a result of such activities and can attribute outcomes to synergies of campaigns. Users should inform FBPostLikes of parallel campaigns so that there is maximum coordination.

Chargebacks/ Payment Disputes

The users agree to reach out to FBPostLikes directly in order to address any issues in billing or payment. Initiating chargeback or disagreements with any banking institutions or payment processors without notifying them is a violation of these ToS. FBPostLikes has the right to terminate the services, initiate recovery measures, or limit the usage in the instances of unwarranted chargebacks.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent of the law, FBPostLikes shall not be subjected to liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, and punitive damages to the use of the services, such as loss of data, or platform visibility.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FBPostLikes and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses costs or expenses (including reasonable legal defenses or expenses) arising out of or based on:
